required to collect sales tax for orders shipped to any addresses in the state of Texas.

Shipping

Our standard shipping method is USPS Priority Mail (2-3 day delivery average to any U.S. address) for domestic
orders, and USPS Express Mail (EMS) for international orders. If, at our discretion, we believe security is
questionable for a given country, we will send an international order via Registered Air Parcel Post.

Our U.S. shipping rate is $11.00 for the first course,
and $2.00 for each additional course.

Our international shipping rate, regardless of the country of destination, is
$35.00 for the first course,
and $15.00 for each additional course.

Return Policy

MP3 DVD and CD-ROM Products
Due to the easy of copying of material, we do not provide for refunds for these courses.

Audio CDs
We will accept a return within 30 days of any Audio CD course .
We will refund the purchase price minus a modest 20% restocking fee. Refunds generally take between
2 and 3 business days to process, after a returned item is received.
